I have not once had a problem with this credit union. Everybody has always been extremely wonderful to me. I wouldn't suggest anywhere else to keep your money safe.
What service? All remote tellers now. Go stare at a screen. Feel like u r bothering employees there. A greeter, yes. Welcoming, no. Like a museum. I Don't go there for other financial services other than ck acct because had so long. 20 yrs. I now go to other bank for accts/loans. Sad to know what it was. And what it is now.
The ordasity of this institution to charge $10.00 to replace their sub-par Debit-Credit cards that the first layer of plastic keeps peeling off,not to mention the vertical print which no one else does which can be very confusing and annoying. This is a manufacturing defect,my local branch admitted it however if you try to get a replacement over the phone or on line they want to charge you $10.00. I have been a member for over 25 years and they just dont care. Bring your defective card to your local Branch and they will more than likley wave the fee. How do they think they can get away with passing a defect onto their customers? Terrible business,ready to close all my accounts.
Can not trust them!! The company as a whole lacks morals. They hold checks when it's convenient for them and then let other checks through with absolutely no hold on other occasions. The only bank or credit union that I have ever been with that had their hands in my account more than I do. They send no notifications/ or emails and constantly shuffle around MY money through out my accounts. They have over drafted me on more than one occasion (I haven't had one legitimate over draft by my own hand) and then charged me fees and told me, sorry, that's our policy. I will never recommend, unless you like the bank taking what they want when they want from your paychecks. Can not wait until my loan is completely paid so I never have to deal with this money hungry company again!
Terrible service.....funky check policies, branch manager at Fruitville is very nasty. Felt like I was bothering her because the check policy didn't make sense. Holds on checks for long term customers - silly......I wasn't trying to cash it but to deposit it and was given a script about how the funds weren't going to be available and blah blah. Just weird.
