Have been here many times, and husband is a long standing patron. We always come to see the bartender Tony. He is PHENOMENAL.
Last time we came in was the night following our wedding, we wanted to tell Tony the good news. We encountered a new bartender named Andre. When my husband asked to see Tony, Andre literally threw up his arms and stormed away. Full on toddler tantrum stormed away.
Hopefully, we will never encounter Andre again.
Authentic Italian food and drink. Large selection of deli and pastries for take out. Indoor and outdoor seating. Downtown location, but near parking garage. Very tasty entries, and genuine wood oven pizza.
Below average food for way above average prices. I guess you only pay for the location but the food we got was not satisfying at all. First the plates are small and poor in ingredients. No sauces were available. The salads are definitely not fresh and my date was disappointed. We asked for a specialty recommendation and it tasted poor and incomplete. My date said "I should have taken her to hooters" and that made me say sorry more than one time. The waiter wasn't interested in my opinion so here it is on Google.
We will ALWAYS come back to see Tony!!!
Throughout our time at the bar Andre continued to act offended that we requested Tony, and if it hadn't been for our relationship with him we would have likely quickly left. It was very strange and uncomfortable, and definitely not what we were after when wanting to tell Tony our happy news.
Tony smiled very graciously and helped us out the way he always does.
Great drinks, with a huge liquor selection! Bartenders are quick, attentive and make great cocktails.
Had the gnocchi, and it was delicious. Wait staff were very pleasant and attentive.
