Easy 5 stars. Staff are always nice and asking me if I need help. I signed up for text messages for coupons and I really enjoy getting discounts everytime I visit.
Love this store! Found some nice placemats, 2 water bottles that say no condensation....will see on that! And a nice insulated carrier with 9 x13 covered casserole dish and hot and cold pad.
People nice but coupon was not honored. Found success at competitor.

The customer service at this store is outstanding. Special kudos to Jodi in the tableware department who went "above and beyond" providing assistance and to Erika in customer service who reunited me with by cell phone which I had inadvertently left in the store. I rarely write reviews but, in this case, I would be remiss if I did not recognize these two excellent employees.
