This was a delightful experience at this company. I went into the company and was helped as much as possible with the big bulky boxes that I had I had first gone to the UPS Store on Bee Ridge Two Gentlemen they are not willing to help me at all. I'm not real good with computers and the it's a mother-daughter team in this store the daughter help me print out every label that I needed attached them for me and we're just absolutely fabulous I recommend everybody to go to the store
Employees are EXTEMELY rude. One was pretty upset she had to put out her cigarette and stop talking crap about a previous customer to take my pre-labeled package. Won't be returning.
