By far the worst experience that is costing me more money from their sloppy work. Had insulation and duct work. All new. After they left, I noticed my outside unit was packed with insulation. The bottom of the handler was full of insulation. I cleaned it as best I could. Still not blowing and becomes almost 80 degree's in the afternoon. The owner came over and said I have a crappy Unit and actually kicked it. I told him our air was fine before and asked questions about the job and why there is inulsation coming out of everywhere. My bill doubled and explained about my partner who has MS and cannot regulate body heat. After he kicked the unit. He came in and looked at handler. Got down on the floor and said there was a leak. There was no leak. He asked for a paper towel wiped and it was not wet. Lie #1. Told me they don't make 2 ton 13 seer anymore. Lie #2. I pulled it up on the computer. Then he said that Sarasota County will not give a permit for 2 ton 13 seer. Called the supervisor of building at the county, he said he would give a permit for that and why wouldn't he. Want to settle this but they keep telling me they'll call me back and they don't. Called better business bureau to help me with mediation or try to settle this. I. Paid Wentzel a couple thousand dollars only to have to buy a new air conditioner that was fine before it was filled with insulation. I love how Mr. Wentzel cares about the disabled in his community that he has been in for so long. Awful. Just pure awful.

Your two workers were exemplary in their service today. They worked 9 hours in our attic, in this HEAT, installing new vents. Thank you to them and to you for hiring them!!

AC went out Saturday afternoon as we were getting ready to go out that evening. Emergency call brought a prompt and courteous response. Replaced electric motor at a very reasonable price (especially considering it was a weekend evening) and we made our show!!! Absolutely the best!!!
