My PCP is in the office next door and sent me here for an ultrasound. The registrar told me it would be a $300 co-pay. I knew my insurance covered this service for $25, so I told her I would check into it and make a new appt. If necessary. She was EXTREMELY rude and told me I would not be able to find anyone else and they would not be willing to see me anytime this week. It took me less than 5 minutes to find another facility down the street that took my insurance and charged me $25. Do NOT let them take advantage of you. The staff should be ashamed of themselves. It's not like a penny of my hard-earned money is going in their pocket. There is NO reason to be rude, especially to people who are sick and in need of care.
