I was involved in an accident earlier this fall where there were no witnesses save myself and the other driver. Despite this, the deputy who came to the scene told me "My boss requires I give someone a ticket". Huh? I really regret calling that deputy! A friend referred me to The Miller Law Firm. Scott was up front and honest telling me "In this case you really don't need me because the Judge will have no choice but to dismiss the ticket since there were no witnesses". Be that as it may, this is not something I'm familiar with (traffic court) and so it was worth it to me to retain Scott to represent me. He/his office took care of everything, I just had to show up on the appointed day and time. He was professional and polite to all involved and we were successful in getting the ticket dismissed. I really don't want to be a defendant ever again, but if I were, I'd have no hesitation in retaining The Miller Law Firm, and I'd recommend them to others needing excellent representation.
