After retainer, work stops. I tried to get my Ex to give me back control over kids' scholarships (my portion at least). Stephanie said I had a case. Easy she said. Not so much. I constantly had to push her to work. She burned the 2500$ retainer. In the end, I struck a deal with the Ex and told the lawyer to get lost. What a waste of money.
