Line usually moves fast but I always get there early or as close to opening as possible. Never been in the afternoon. Also closes at noon on weds. Close bus stops and adequate parking.
I'm quite sick of the consistency of indifference I get from government offices.
They literally caused me to lose 4 months of income by giving me false information about applying for Social Security Disability. Every time I went in there to get information about applying, I was given different answers for the same questions. I would ask them "if you're telling me this, then why did so-n-so tell me that?" Their response was always the same "well, I don't know why you were told that" yeah, I don't know why they told me that either but the end result was that I lost four months of income, and for a disabled person such as myself, this is very difficult to deal with. I'm not even going to mention all the problems with the national social security phone number.. total waist of time.
HORRIBLE!!!
For us handi cap people traveling is not an option, its a hardship at best. That's our government for ya!

It was ok. Parking somewhat limited. Clean facility inside. Nice electronic ticketing system, but waited double the estimated time. Staff was courteous.
Never ever answer their phone. They insist that you interrupt your day travel to their office, wait forever, just to ask a question that can't be answered by internet
