Our server was new, he had been working here for just under a month. George was the most well rounded, polite, attentive waiter I have met in a long time. He made our dining experience fun and made us feel special. We will be asking for George to be our waiter upon our next visit.
I cannot thank her enough! She could easily be running a 5star restaurant, very impressed.
The service was very good Jorge the waiter was very nice and attentive. I had the the cheese stuffed gnocchi and chicken and it was very cheesy and flavorful. The salad and bread sticks were delicious as always.
Let me start off by saying my first 15mins started off rough because our waiter was not not notified we were waiting. When other people whom arrived many minutes later than us where being served, I just wanted to get up and leave. But a member in my party got up and spoke to another waiter about our long wait with no server in sight. That waiter told his Upper manager Marina, whom made our experience go from a failure to an absolutely wonderful experience. She made it up to us and offered complementary food which we were not expecting at all but very appreciative of. Marina portrayed top dedication to resolving any and all problems down to making sure that the person in my party with gluten allergies did not have a dish cross contaminated, her actions ensured the safety and health of the Gluten Intolerant guest.
Their prices have really improved and it has become affordable. The lunch specials are great $7 for unlimited soup and salad. The service is good and there typically isn't a long wait.
Nov 26, 2017. The food was hot and tasty. Our waiter, Jim was not very accommodating. No drink refills and Jim wasn't around to ask. When I asked for extra salad dressing he continued walking away. However, he brought some to the table. We asked for bread sticks, he didn't respond, but he brought them to the table. After Jim walked away we noticed he had cleared our bread dishes. So much for a bread plate. Jim didn't talk but he reacted. He was busy with probably too many tables. Maybe they were under staffed. I would recommend the Olive Garden, however bring your own soda or water.

The food was fabulous, as always. An otherwise great meal was pretty well ruined by the slow, slow service. There were 5 of us, including an 8 yr old and a 1 yr old. We had to wait a full 30 minutes to be seated. Not because there weren't any tables. Then, it took another 90 minutes to have our meal and get out the door. A painful experience. Our server was wonderful. No blame to her. Evidently the problem was a shortage of cooks and servers. A management problem. We love Olive Garden food but, will think twice before we put our family or friends through an experience like this again.
