The only reason I still shop here is because it's the only CD store still in town. They always occasionally have good pop vinyls. Everything else is overpriced and their sales are really weird and confusing.
The young female manager (can't recall her name) is always very kind and helpful. There's two young guys that work there too. When they work together, they do nothing but talk and won't help you. When they're alone, they offer their help and are always nice. I ordered a CD to be burned that they didn't have in store. They said it would take about 15 minutes. So we walked around the mall and came back in about 20 minutes. The employees were no where to be found. We wandered the store and eventually the same kid that helped us asked "can I help you with something?" And I replied "...no.. We're just waiting on the CD. "
Then he made this surprised face and realized he forgot about it. So then we waited another 15 minutes for the CD. if they didn't make us pay for it first, we would've just walked out.
Aweome store.
The girl who was running the cashier, Alexis, was very helpful to me and my friends. She not only encouraged me to make a purchase that I wouldn't have, but she also spent her own valuable time to search through backroom boxes for a pair of Sony headphones a friend wished to purchase. I am very happy with the service in this store and hope to see all employees strive for this level of professionalism.
