#3) You stated that you had someone spit tobacco dip in your boat, and I stated that nobody here dips, and there have been nobody near your boat, and perhaps it was bird droppings. So now your wife states that actual dip was found. Which is it?
#2) You stated that your engine cowling was loose, and “maybe something is missing?” When I specifically asked what was missing, you said you didn’t know, because you “don’t know that much about engines”. The last time Your cowling was removed was by you, last week when you met with somebody for a lengthy inspection, and discussion. Perhaps you neglected to secure it.
Buyer beware. There are literally dozens, if not hundreds of nearby competitors for RV and Boat storage....
Just as it says on their website, just damn nice people to deal with. Very pleased with my decision to use your company.
Owner George H. Boyd initially responded: "Sorry, no 5th wheels. GB", without further explanation. When I pointed out their site advertises "trailer" and "RV" storage, he wrote back: "Gee, I guess it sucks to be you, huh loser?"
1. Sorry to hear that, and I'm sorry that I could not give you the answer you were perhaps looking for, when you called on Sunday evening at 6:41 pm, demanding answers. I can state a couple of things with great certainty:
#1) I have been living at the lot for a month now. Nobody comes or goes without me knowing about it 24/7, due to (Dog, cameras, etc).
In reference to Cameron Parker: Hello Steve,
#4) Lastly, I stated that we could go through the video but that it would very time consuming, and in light of the fact that you don’t have a specific time frame, OR, even know if something was in fact taken, that it would be cumbersome. I also suggested that you could file a police report, which you declined, due to lack of evidence. I stated that I found it implausible that someone would steal parts from a 1985 Mercury engine. So what parts are missing Steve? Or do you still just “think” they are missing? As far as not caring for loyal customers, I guess you forgot the fact that I did not charge you a late fee when your rent check bounced last month. Or the fact that I have always been respectful, and helpful to you and all my patrons (remember when I helped you set your lower unit?) Apparently not. In short, I don’t know what is so wrong in your world today that you have decided to take it out on me. Bring facts, and perhaps we could solve your issues. Otherwise, it is not fair to come on here and bash my business based on allegations you can’t substantiate. At best, it is slanderous, and libelious, and will be treated as such; legally, if necessary. GB
Accommodated our trailer and let us take it out and return it a couple of times at a reasonable price.
Guy was a complete jerk! I simply called and asked a price to store my 20' boat. When I told him I would consider it he randomly stated " yeah I bet you will' and hung up on me. When I called back to ask what the meaning of his rude comment was he hung up again!! I'll happily store my boat elsewhere!!
Rude and bizarrely hostile service from the owner after simple e-mail about availability.
