I have practiced a variety of fitness programs and maintained a healthy diet over the past 10 years...I enjoy the feeling I get from exercise!! Yvette is amazing ... and her Sarasota Florida gym is well equipped and ready for a great workout. Yvette is well versed in the best way to improve your body through diet and by building stamina. I like it especially because she concentrates on overall fitness and doesn't just focus on "muscle building". Total Fitness is what you will find here!
