Despicable place. They avoid all human contact, accept no responsibility for failed or wrongly delivered items, cram oversized boxes into a small mailbox to avoid having to walk, won't answer their phones, or provide any service for that matter. Have had two missing packages and several delivered to the wrong address just in the last 3 months alone. On top of that the manager is a horrible racist arrogant woman. Will only help you if you are non-white. The people working in this branch should all be in jail for racial discrimination, negligence, and theft. Truly the worst of the worst.
I ordered a package about 2.5 weeks ago (11/11), and had 5-7 day shipping, and got a tracking number like usual. I have been tracking my package everyday, and the last updated information I have on the location of my package is on 11/18, with a scheduled delivery date for the 21st (it is now the 26th), and I understand that it may have been delayed a day or two due to Thanksgiving, so I decided to be patient. I have already contacted the company I ordered from, as well as UPS, both of whom confirmed what I saw on the progress of my package...it's at the post office waiting to be shipped. However, when I called the post office, I talked to a lady who told me that the information I had was wrong, and the expected ship date was the 21st, but ups track my package clearly stated "Scheduled delivery date: November 21st, 2016" So, here I am waiting on a package that should've been here almost a week ago, and being told that I am wrong. There needs to be some serious reconsideration on who is staffing this post office.
Missed my hold mail delivery date and refuse to answer their phones so I may inquire about the matter. I just had knee replacement surgery and am unable to get to the P.O. to resolve this issue. I'd give them zero stars if that was an option.
Had a delayed package that didn't make it on time yesterday (Friday). Filed a claim with usps and employee from this local PO called me, on a Saturday, to update me on its status. She was so sweet and kind. Thank you so much.
The worst company I've had to deal with. Lost my package and provide no help. Then try to talk down to the customers. Terrible branch
