I was not treated well. My agent made appointments for me without running the dates and times by me and even scolded me several times for not calling back within an hour (I was working) or returning an email quickly even after I repeatedly asked him to text or call if something needed attention that day. I could fill a book with stories of chauvinism, rudeness, and incompetence. His Broker, while more competent, unfortunately, seemed to also believe that "Customer Service" meant Customers were supposed to serve her company. -- pleasant secretary & nice office near the beach, though.
We had Beth Dilley the Broker as our agent. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. Her expertise and willingness to accommodate us was superb. We recommend this business and her professionalism to everyone.
