Nice mall... always clean. Kids like the play area and glass elevator.
It's a very nice shipping center and a really nice asset to the area, but traffic needs to be managed in and out of this place. It is a nightmare to navigate through the parking facilities.

UTC is one of the newly constructed malls. It includes quite a big variety of designer brands and nationwide department stores like Saks, Macy's, and Dillards. Selection and variety is great. Recommend.
University Town Center is more than just the mall at UTC. It's a delightful sprawl of big box stores, outlets, restaurants, as well as local retailers. It is an impressive layout, but as it is still under construction, the traffic has become problematic. Hopefully, the traffic will ease after the completion of the road work on the I-75 University Exit.
