I’ve been at this location since 2012 and it improved so much when the Public Storage company took over the old Bee Ridge Storage. The facility is always clean, well lit and feels safe. Coming in alone as a female that is very important to me. Adam is great to deal with.
The Sarasota, FL has disabled access to the facility several days before hurricane Irma without notice. I am still unable to retrieve my RV thus I'm forced to incur hotel fees. This company has no regard for its tenants. I would highly recommend seeking storage needs elsewhere.
Adam made the process of securing a unit very easy. We have had a great experience. Prices are reasonable as well.
Adam, the manager, has been helpful and insightful through some trying times. The top notch customer service has made me a loyal customer for life!
Bee Ridge Road Public Storage....DO NOT use this place. I was away and had two (2) Power of Attorneys drawn up and notorized for my sister and they would not accept either one! Needless to say, I lost everything I owned for 71 years! No wedding pictures, family photos/albums, not one baby picture of my son! I also had eight(8) lithograph pictures that were addressed to my husband and myself an signed by the artist...R.C. Gorman and Armando Pena! I can't even fathom putting someone through this! Letters were written to this company and rent was paid in advance to no avail...this company is NOT a good place!
