Yea this was crazy! I go in to get my drivers licence because I just moved here and they were so nice and efficient. The woman who helped us even found that I had a credit for having a florida title fee waived if I bought another car because 20 years ago when I lived here I was charged for an out of state title. I did not ask her for that info. So when I biught a new jeep a few months later I gave the dealer the info and saved $225, Above and beyond. That would have never happened in Illinois.
