.. then finally told me they didn't have enough cash at the bank to cash the check! (12k)
Do not give this bank your money.... they will never give it back!
Told me I could drive all over town and check other branches if I wanted.... then told me they couldn't call the other branches to find out which one had enough money cause it was against the law!
Didn't have the money to cash a cashiers check from THEIR bank!! Sold my truck and buyer gave me the certified check from Bank of America account.... went to cash and they told me I needed an account there to cash.... then told me I had to deposit into my bank.
This was my first business trip to this branch. The employees were outstanding. I am a retired CFO of two Fortune 500 Companies.
Amazes me how horrible of a bank Bank of America is and they still do so well. You walk into a empty branch and still have to wait. You have one customer ahead of you and they are talking about book clubs and recipes. Slow service, and they act like they are mad at you when come in.
