Wonderful customer service, great staff
Forget PNC go next door to Bank of America.
This bank is amazing - the staff are all very friendly, and the environment is inclusive. I had a problem with one of my accounts and the banker who assisted me took her time and made sure I was taken care of and understood what had happened, how to avoid it in the future and also made sure I was well taken care of. I cannot more highly recommend this branch.
The worst customer service. PNC is a cold corporate thief. They do not care about you.
This branch was the antithesis for me. This young Hispanic lady was rude, unhelpful, snarly and unable to do anything for a customer. I would never want someone like that to be on my frontline. She is suppose to support customers.
