This place is good to have a drink ..listen to the entertainer playing then head somewhere else to eat a burger ..macdonald is in the same level as here but cheaper but again if you have couple of drinks and you want the food now you have to settle with them .servers here dont even know what pinot noir is ..order takers if you have an issue there is no solution or probkem solver around.
Best burger in the beach ..?????well they are frozen patties way too thin.. No fries. They offer chips for food cost purpose and make money..seafood ? ???Not a place to eat seafood
The best beach bar on SK! Fantastic outdoor dining and drinking under the large tiki roof with Big Ass fan to keep the atmosphere cool. The Mahi Reuben is hands down the best damn fish sandwich I've ever had! The flavors burst through and work very well together. Get it and you'll thank me later. And possibly hug your server! Speaking of, Shannon and Sabrina are the best on the island! So genuinely gracious and attentive. Ask for them.
Captian Curt's is the perfect place to watch OSU football games!! We visit Sarasota about once a year and always stop by to watch a game. They also recently redid their patio and put in nice bathrooms, which are both great additions. I would recommend trying their clam chowder because it's excellent. The only downside is they no longer have non-alcoholic daquiris.
Great place! Food is good. Drinks as well. Our server was very attentive..very positive as well. You should totally come :)
