Keeping in mind this visit was on Thanksgiving but It certainly could have been much better food and service wise. We arrived earlier than our reservation which was fine because we wanted to sit outside any way. Seated immediately, ordered a bottle of wine and perused the menu. None of us were in mood for Thanksgiving fare so my parents had the lamb, I had the tuna. The wine was perfect, a Pino. I asked for a a recommendation on the sauce for the tuna and the waiter said the ginger sauce was the best. We also had the brussels sprout side. dad had potatoes. Mom and dads lamb was not great. They couldn't even cut it. My sauce was missing, I asked twice for it, my fish was stone cold by the time I received it. The waiter spilled wine on my mom on the second pour. Just a disappointment across the board for an upscale restaurant.. We were seated and fed quickly, at the expense of quality food. Our food should have been easy to prepare correctly. This place is definitely not low end. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend
This has quickly become my new favorite brunch spot. Our meals were all creative and absolutely delectable!! Their bloody Mary and mimosa bar really sold us too. The house mix is on point and all the acoutrement was outstanding. The bartender was very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. We will be going often.
I recommend this restaurant without reservation. Nice bar and good cocktails. Food is well prepared and there is a 25% discount from 4 to 6. Portions are excellent and you get plenty to eat. Nice wine list and beautiful cellar.
We have totally had it with this place – – the last several times the food has been mediocre, but last night sealed the deal. Even though the website says it’s open until 11 PM, the bar staff booted us out at 10 PM. That was after they said, when we entered, “I hope you’re not here for food because we stop serving at nine.” Rude! We spent a lot of money on alcohol and left a good tip, even though the food was terrible and had to be sent back twice The waitress never apologize for the bad food nor offered to take it off the tab. Actually I don’t think she was even listening to us. It’s a shame because this is such a great central location for us locals—but we will not be back.
Unhappy with service provided. Went there for a holiday work get together and had a difficult time getting service because the staff appeared to be overwhelmed with the service they were trying to give. When I was finally able to get the bartender's attention, he ordered me to stay in the section of the bar with my group. Had 3 beers and a small plate to eat and when I went to cash out, the bartender tried to charge me for 4 beers, but did correct it when I brought the error to his attention.
