I am a loyal client at Fresh and always have a wonderful experience with any of the stylists I go to at Fresh but unfortunately Sarah was rude with an attitude when I called and was being very courteous, I just wanted to schedule an appointment. Bad customer service.
I also tend to change the color of my hair every single time I go in to see her and EVERY.SINGLE.TIME it turns out amazing. My hair has seen every color from bleach blonde to a dark brown ombré and even blues and purples.
Being someone who has extremely thick hair it can be difficult to find a stylist who is able to cut my hair and not have it look terrible. I have never once had a haircut that I haven’t loved by Lindsey and I’ve had them all. I had hair down to my butt at one point, then we cut it to a medium length, and also a long bob. She always does a wonderful job and gives me the exact cut that I have in mind. She has also used different cutting techniques on my hair in order to make it lighter in weight and easier to style due to how thick it is.
After many disappointments with my hair from other salons, my friend recommended Lindsey Pendergrass. I made an appointment with her and I am so happy I did. She is absolutely amazing and did exactly what I asked for and more. I LOVE new hair color and cut. She is also very sweet and great to talk to. I will not go anywhere else. Seriously, if you are looking for an amazing stylist and salon, look no further! This is the best of the best! Thank you so much Lindsey and Fresh Salon! ❤️

Having gone through all of these changes can be difficult on your hair, but Lindsey is sure to educate me on the ways to best care for my hair at home as well as recommending taking time for certain color changes in order to minimize any damage.

If there is one thing I can tell you about her it’s that her skills are WORTH THE DRIVE.

TAMMIE AND ADELE ARE AWESOME!!! I am so pleased with my experience on Tuesday, October 31st. When I called the salon to get an appointment with the stylist I had years ago I found out she was no longer employed with Fresh. I asked who Fresh would recommend that would be comparable. Tammie and her assistant Adele was the new recommendation. Tammie was booked for weeks ahead of my appointment but agreed to see me on a full schedule anyway. They were pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, and INCREDIBLE. I am ecstatic with my new look. THANK YOU!!!!
I drive all the way from Tampa to have my hair done by Lindsey every 8-12 weeks and have been doing so for the past six years.
Whoever Sarah is who answers the phone at Fresh, needs to learn some interpersonal skills. She rushed me off the phone and is careless in the way she speaks to clients. She was very rude. I understand it is a busy salon and I'm sure the phone is ringing constantly but you most remain composure in those situations.
She’s just that great.
Asia is so sweet and she definitely knows what she's doing, she's super skilled and did awesome work in a very timely fashion. I got some amazing products from her as well. It was money well spent and a great experience!
