Been using these folks for years. Excellent customer service and super-friendly.
This StateFarm agent messed up all of our accounts. He had to redo the policy of our 2 cars three times and made mistake all the time and because of those mistakes our policies had been cancelled and the insurance rate goes up to 1800$ from 700$.
I wouldn't suggest anyone to go this agent.
