So a week goes by, I stop back to give her the steer clear form she gave me to fill out. She was out of the office, so the lady at the front desk said that she would give it to her.
I call back a few days later, ask to speak to the same lady, and was told she is unavailable right now. The NEW lady I got put through to told me to just stop in and re-do my form and to sign it. OK. If that's what it takes to sort this all out, I'll just re do it.
I call back, saying I turned everything in, and the lady said she will call me once everything is found and sorted out. (Thank you!!!)
I highly recommend them.
However, after this awful experience, the new lady I was speaking to did go the extra mile (more so than the other 2 girls I had been transferred to) to call the insurance company and make sure that I would be re-billed before the payment was due so that I could pay the correct amount. That is the ONLY reason I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1.
It's been a long time since I've felt I could trust a company to keep by interest at heart.
Great experience!!! Friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for listening, educating, and being my Florida agent(s).
Then, she sat there and tried scaring me pretty much into re-financing my car through state farm. She made comments like "did you read this before you signed this for you car? You basically gave away your rights to sue them. I never would have signed this, but don't worry, car companies do this all the time. If you refinance through US........." ?????? UM excuse me?
This State Farm agency has by far the best insurance support team I have ever worked with. They have helped me navigate the complexities of my automotive policy and State Farm. At every turn they've kept my interests at the forefront of their support.
No call.
On my way.... Phone call... OH! Don't worry about coming in, she found your form the other day. !!!!!!!!!! AND NO CALL TO INFORM ME?And still continue to have me come in and redo it? .......
I get my bill for next month, and my rates are the same. No discounts applied. I'm frustrated. I did everything on my end..... Call the office, they say they will look into it. I get a voicemail the next day saying that in order for the discounts to be applied that I have to turn my transcripts in and my steer clear.... !!!!!!!! I. am. furious. My stuff went missing apparently and no discounts were applied for this months insurance. At this point I'm on the verge of just switching insurance offices. I'm completely fed up.
I stopped in the office 2 days after I got my car insurance to turn in my college transcripts for the "good grade" discount and to pick up the "steer clear" form that is also a discount offered. The representative (America was her name) made a copy and put it on my file and applied the discount.
I decided to go with State Farm insurance after browsing multiple different insurance companies. I do not regret that decision at all. What I regret is just selecting the office closest to me (Ric Coffey). I'm 20 years old and I feel like the staff is trying to take advantage of my young age by gyping me.
I just hope if I ever get into an accident I won't have to go through this kind of BS.
