The staff here is always great to work with! I had to secure an additional unit and the process as usual was done with a great mix of friendliness and professionalism. There's the right attitude towards service at this location. Upon my move to Georgia, I automatically selected Extra Space Storage based on my experience in Sarasota with Max and his crew!
I had a 10x10 unit for around a year. it was climate controlled and in interior part of building. it was used for office supplies, shelves, books, chairs and other various items for my home office. Shortly after I moved in I noticed what looked like rat droppings. I talked to the office and they put some tape on the ceiling where there was a hole by a column and treated. after some time I noticed some evidence again and after pulling some of the items the amount of activity was significant. Droppings everywhere, ruined furniture and damaged bankers boxes where the rats were trying to nest or get paper material. obvious this is a problem they cannot control. Several hundred dollars in damaged furniture and having to move to a different facility. wouldnt do anything because "you didnt buy our insurance". For rodents? isnt that something that should be their responsibility to control? Like most people with storage units I didnt access mine very often so I would assume that most of these units have the same rodent problem.
Great facility to use! Close to the highway. Nice and friendly staff. Definitely recommend for your storage solutions. Very safe also.
Very clean facility. Jackie and Max were extremely helpful, and got me into a unit the same day, with the exact size specifications I needed. I was even given a free months rent! If you need extra storage, look no further!
Great Experience. We needed some storage space when we moved to Florida. The set up at Extra Space was easy. The storage space was immaculate. Once we get our move worked out we will definitely use them again if we need long term storage. Strongly recommend them.
