We had a party of 5 people and not one of us had a bad thing to say. The German food was out of this world and oh man the red Cabbage! My daughter loved her Philly cheese steak and the deserts were great as well. This restaurant is on our list next time we're in the area. If you're thinking about you have to go.
Not a fancy place but don't let that fool you. Queens cut prime rib really good and seemed more than 10 ounces. Steak fries were actually crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Very pleasant place and nice waiters. Enjoyed dinner. Only complaint is that I do not believe the oysters were from Louisiana and the raw oyster had warm shells so had not been stored on ice. This concerns me. They were served on the half shell but not released from the bottom shell. I like the restaurant and will certainly go back. Plenty of parking. Signs hard to miss.
Shared a 24oz bone-in Rib Eye steak, and it was cooked to perfection. A little heavily salted, but that seems to be the trend for steaks, so I have no complaints. Added the side Gorgonzola salad and was impressed with its generous size. Friendly, helpful waitstaff, and no delays for a seat. Highly recommend.
Food was out of this world!! They make sure to check on you often. The burgers are great. The cook will come out to see how you liked you food. And the meat market had things for me to take home to cook. Nice family environment
