Selection was good. Service was awful. Salesman was a college student who really wasnt interested in talking. A lot of one word answers and little knowledge driven sales. The insert I wanted was out of stock and so I had another one just pushed on me.
The salesman barely looked at my gait, and didnt really listen to my attempts to talk about where I was struggling with my old shoes. New shoes hurt more than the old one and the owner emailed me back but only wanted me to come in at 10AM on a weekday when I'm at work. Apparently not expected to have a job to pay for $300-400 for shoes. I probably wont go back.
Chip was knowledgeable about all the brands and offered four different shoe types for my request.The fit ID powered by Volumental provided a 3D scan of my foot and measurements for accuracy of the type of shoe I needed. My gate was evaluated and clearly Chip was interested in ensuring that I obtained the right fit. Fleet Feet Sports quality and variety of products is exceptional. Offering services related to training with local events is an added bonus.
