Tried to get an appointment on Sunday, 9/3 but they were booked. Went ahead and scheduled for the following Sunday, 9/10. A petco employee called Friday, 9/8 to cancel my appointment due to the hurricane which is understandable. When I had attempted to schedule another appointment for the 15th, 16th or 17th they were booked on all dates with no customer service, now at this point in time waiting 15 days by Sunday the 15th. Telling me I would have to schedule for Tuesday the 19th going forward, which I work 9 til 7, Monday through Saturday. Normally spending anywhere between $100-$160 for grooming and upgrades once a month, I would assume I would get a priority for appointment. Looking elsewhere at this point for a place that is more customer service oriented and friendly. Was put on hold multiple times and no one ever came back to the phone line after being on hold up to 10 minutes and getting passed along to different people within the store several times. Very dissatisfied with the service, going elsewhere.
Called to get my dog groomed while I was away. I said she should be groomed the same as they always did. When my friend brought her they asked questions about her akergirs of which she has none. When she went to pick her up her nails were "trimmed" and not ground. They did not cut her because she would get sunburned. Charged $47 which was a rip off. Not sure what's going on there but not going back.
Bring your coupons and show on your smartphone pricing from the internet because prices in the store are a lot higher for the same product.
The only store open in the whole shopping center before the hurricane it. Very impressed.
