What a waste of time! While initially helpful, they were then rude and ineffective when I decided to hold off on making my reservation final. They refused to cancel a reservation they'd placed on my behalf at a resort, creating a huge clusterf*ck. Plus, we found our own first class tickets for HALF the price they quoted us!
