Just went on 10/31/17 at about 4:30PM. Female bartender. I asked her if she could make a good Long Island. Some people make them to strong and I can’t even drink them. Plus just making conversation. I was expecting her to say “Of course best in town” but she came off with a HUGE attitude. I decided to go somewhere else. I am surprised when people like this work in customer service. Not being rude is kind of an important part of the job. I won’t be returning any time soon.
Great place for most-only qualm is the female bartender (I think her name was Andrea) who got everyone else drinks but me. Apparently, if you're pretty or outgoing you're some kind of threat. Sat there sober patiently waiting for my turn only to be ignored for 15 minutes. Ended up asking an old dude to buy me and my friends drinks. Was then harassed by said bartenders friends and asked to leave. Sucks because I live close, love the vibe and the drinks are cheap (especially for Sarasota). Bummer for chicks
Its not a bad bar, the only problem i had with it was some hot shot at the pool table who sucked. Had my quarters sitting on the edge of the table and he raked them off with the edge of his stick.
