A to Z Rocks! Just wanted to say thanks for providing such an awesome service. It made our spring break vacation to Sarasota so much easier. Everything we rented was very clean and in great shape. The delivery guy gave us some great advice for restaurants in the area and returning everything to the 24/hour self-service location was a breeze since we were leaving at 5am for our flight home. We will be back and will recommend you guys to anyone we know headed to Siesta Beach.
I had a complicated last minute add on to our delivery on Memorial Day weekend. I thought surely that it would be impossible to get a response and in less than 12 hours the Ropers made it happen for us. Thanks for making our vacation with 2 under 2 seamless!
We had very positive experience with A to Z Rentals during our vacation in Venice, FL. The process of renting a crib and receiving it in self-service outlet was very simple. The crib and the mattress were in a good condition. It definitely made our life easier during our vacation. Highly recommended !
My mother rented a couple of items and they were clean and very acceptable. However when I went online to add a stroller to the order, it took well over 24 hours to get a reply that they were out of the item at the location (Venice) I requested, but they had one at another location. They asked if this second location would work; I responded yes, and 24 hours later, I still haven't heard back. Very slow! I cancelled the order.
That Toy Box!!!! The oohs and aahs that were heard when the box was opened! 2 year old felt that the jump rope was a microphone, and she immediately stepped on the stage!!! All the toys were wonderful! So, thanks for helping us having a good time!
