Bought my loving wife a bike here yesterday. They showed her all features and installed all her upgrades. Then let us leave vehicle there while we took a ride to seista key. That was our 2nd purchase here and very satisfied.
This is an excellent bike shop providing honest & excellent service with great prices. Dave and his staff are very knowledgeable and are always ready to assist with service needs. I have used this shop for servicing my bikes for several years. I have rented and purchased several bikes from Dave. This place is awesome!
Went in to purchase a bike. There were 4 employees there--one was with a customer. I walked around for quite some time--10 minutes or so and no one acknowledged my presence...when they finally acknowledged me there was no greeting--just "do you have a question?" I walked out. They lost a sale. Maybe some customer service training is in order.
The store is neat and clean. I walked in trying to get a new seat because the one i had would not stay put. One of the guys fixed the problem and did not charge me a dime. I would definitely go back! thank you so much.
I know all the shops in Florida and this is most professional and affordable shop in Florida. My repair cost me half as much as shops in Tampa and Miami. They even replaced a part and did not charge or even mention it.
