This store is why you buy local. I just needed a basket for my Electra cruiser. They must have every basket available in their shop, the selection was amazing. On top of that, the customer service for something as small as a basket was top notch. She wanted to see a pic of my bike to help me pick the right basket. I ended up with the perfect basket, a new bell, and a cupholder. It's the little things. Definitely getting my next bike here.

Very nice family owned bike shop. They did tune ups on the kids bikes. And Mom scored on a terrific new Townie Electra. First class !
I cannot say that the staff was friendly. The impression I got was that I was interrupting them and they don't like answering questions. Ymmv, eh?
These guys are all about customer service. Had 3 bikes serviced there and their rates are very very reasonable. Love these guys. They also seem to have a great selection of cruising bikes and are extremely knowledgeable.
