I had come in to get the button fixed that opens the gas tank/ door so I could pump gas. Or at least see how much it would cost. Inside the trunk there is a emergency cord that can also open the gas tank door. I've seen it before in my trunk but didn't know that when I went into the service department. It took, them over 3 hours to get back to me. Even though they were busy. The situation was poorly handled. It is not hard to look up that part for the vehicle then provide a quote. Lincoln the service manager told me that it would be about $100 to get it fixed then another $200 to replace the emergency cord for the gas tank. I went elsewhere and found that they could provide me service a for a much lower cost. The mechanic down the road also showed me that the emergency cord, didn't have any issues and that the dealership's technician hide it so they could charge me for something that didn't need to be done.
I have another car with a real car company and the service is top notch. Immediate attention when you pull in, and a clear understanding of when your car will be ready. At that time a nicely washed and serviced car is presented. I guess I just need to get rid of the Hyundai and get 2 of those...
Service is slow and lacks attention. Took my car in for a scheduled maintenance and first no one assisted me (and other customers) despite several advisors not working with anyone. Then the advisor they assigned to me for a noon appt left for lunch as I arrived. Another helped me and told me to come back in 1 hour. After they couldn't find my car they said it was going to be 30 more min. After 2 hours they delivered my car without car wash. The advisor offered me my next service for free despite the fact that it's clear I already prepaid for all my services since I used a coupon. It took 3 attempts to make him understand he was offering me something worthless.
Purchased a vehicle from here for my Car Rental Business. Sales process took well over 9 hours from start to finish. I would purchase more vehicles from them if process would speed up. Unfortunately I don't see that happening.
I love this dealership. Their service staff is incredibly professional, and helpful. Ray Pryor is incredible to work with. Nicest car service person I've ever spoken with. I appreciate how much he helped me with all my car needs.
Also, my car handles keeping falling off and they claim that part of the warranty has already expired so it is not covered. I found out that there is several other people that have handles falling off and they are not fixing them or fixing them correctly. I will relay this to the local media/ or news outlets.
Be very careful when buying any parts from this dealership's parts department. I work in the repair business and have researched and price compared for over 40 years when buying repair parts and service supplies. They tried to sell me transmission fluid for over $12 per quart! I had called another dealership and they were $5.50 less per quart! Then the parts department worker tried to tell me that was MSRP anywhere, what a bunch of Bullsh#t. When I told him the other dealers price he whined and tried to smoke screen me and amazingly he was able to sell it for the other dealers price. Be very careful buying car parts here or having your car repaired here. It obvious the car sales B.S. has transferred over to the parts department. BEWARE and do not trust.
