Volvo of Sarasota is top notch and I highly recommend anyone to purchase and have their Volvo serviced there. All staff in the various departments go above and beyond what is expected and they truly make you feel as if you're their only customer. To name a few amazing staff that I've had the pleasure to be a customer of over the years are Joe, Allen, Craig, and Tony. Whether it was servicing my car, helping with the selection of the perfect car for me to purchase or working with financing, all dealings have been seamless processes!
Eddie S. was such a sweet guy. We drove up from Hialeah (3 hours South) because we were interested in another car rather than the one we purchased. Our researched showed that it was drastically cheaper than back home (By a couple thousand, worth the trip). Then he recommended an authetic Jersey pizza place in Siesta Key. Eddie, if you are reading this... The Sinatra is my new favorite. We got back home at 1 a.m.

Why Volvo of Sarasota? Because of the people: The sales manager, the sales rep and the business rep. They were all outstanding! I love my new Volvo. I now have three of them
Free donuts, good coffee, friendly staff. Crazy prices for very basic service if your car has expired warranty. $70+ for just replacement of burned out bulb in one headlight. Wiper blades $25+ per each. "Free" car wash after highly overpriced service. Generally speaking not recommended if your warranty already expired.
Great staff - friendly, helpful, simply excellent all around! The fact that the vehicle hasn't had a single problem doesn't hurt either.
