So happy to finally have found a beautiful dentist office to go to. A welcoming, warm and friendly staff were not just a false front. Dr. Back was fantastic, knowledgeable, caring, a true professional who got straight to the “root” of the problem (which went unnoticed at my 1st attempt that day at a previous dentist) After 4ys I have finally found somewhere I will look forward to going back to!
Recently I found myself residing in Sarasota for 10 days and a chipped front tooth. I turn to my realtor for a dentist and she highly recommended Dr. Jenifer Back. However, I could not imagine the superior service I was about to receive, from the administrative staff professionalism and courtesy – I mean not scripted answers, but genuine responses to my concerns - to Dr. Back assessment of the damage caused in the tooth and guide through the procedure and her assistant. The office was smartly outfitted with cabinetry covering all the equipment as to not intimidate someone as myself. I sincerely believe they capture my sense of uneasiness because they showered me with ultra-most sensibilities and kindness. And now I even have a broader beautifully SMILE…

Horrible service and disgusting dental work. Spent thousands and the work had to be redone by a proper professional dentist. When I had a cleaning performed at my new dentist all of the “great” bonding work from Dr back came off. Don’t waste your money or time you’ll only have to have it redone by a qualified dentist and you’ll be out of pocket again.
My family and I are in the process of moving to Dr Back's office. The previous dentist made decisions without discussing with us. Dr back takes the time to explain, provide options and her recommendation. Not just a patient but a person. The staff greet you by name, always ensure your comfort and polite "please" and "thank you". Find it difficult to imagine going anywhere else in the future.
