Great group at this store, I always get the help I need and inventory is fantastic. There are always bargains to be found and the staff is informative without ever being pushy.
I've spent alot of money here over many years. A 15 day return policy is useless in many cases. We bought our 8 year old daughter a computer (elsewhere) for homeschool work. We then bought an internet access card for it from Best Buy. When the network card was constantly being kicked out, having to be unplugged and plugged back in sometimes for it to work and then other times having to uninstall the software and then re install it, we just weren't sure what the issue was, whether it was the network card or the new computer that we had bought her. So after juggling this issue I decided to contact the computer manufacturer and shared with them my issue. They stated that it sounded like an error with the network card that I had bought from Best Buy. But you know what they did? They sent me, free of charge, a top of the line network card which worked flawlessly in this computer revealing that it was not the computer that had the issue. When I contacted Best Buy they continued to wave that 15 day return policy in my face, not willing to budge on this issue. So let me ask you this? Where would you make future purchases from? The company that went above and beyond for the customer? Or the company that continued to hold the red tape over the value of the customer? This is how companies start declining, when they can no longer address each situation on a case by case basis when it is quite obvious that their product was defective from the very beginning. Sorry to say, goodbye Best Buy.
Also I recomend to explore prices on line in other stores such as Sam s or Wal-Mart. I saw exactly the same tv I bought in best buy $ 40 cheaper in Sams.

This is a big Best Buy. Prices are a bit higher for somethings than on the internet but you pay for the convenience of not having to wait or pay for shipping. The only reason for nkt giving 5 stars is the scarcity of employees. Those that are there generally know their merchandise but the wait to talk to someone is a few minutes. I like this store and have shopped here often.
Pay special attention if they offer the best buy credit card. They will tell you there is a 10% discount but it is actually a cupon to use in the store and there is also limitation on the products you can purchase.
