I visited BOSE audio in UTC once and will never return. Besides the overpriced offerings, I ended up having to deal with an extremely rude salesman/manager. While demoing the "home theater" system the greasy sales person somehow came to the (incorrect) conclusion that I was unable to afford the system, therefore wasting his time and that I needed to leave (keep in mind that I am well-dressed and clean cut). I have NEVER received such disgusting treatment in any retail establishment, and will most certainly be purchasing my audio equipment elsewhere.
Love the brand and the people at the store always have great costumer service. would recommend.
