Took my ring in Friday to get resized and was told to expect it in one week. On Monday I got a phone call that my ring was ready for pickup. Fast service and wonderful customer service.
Very disappointed in the quality of my engagement ring. I had to have my ring resized 3 times only for the final outcome to result in them putting placement balls on the back on my ring to keep it in place more and not move around as much on my finger and they still don't seem to help. I had my ring for 3 weeks tops just to have 2 diamonds fall out and have to be taken back in to get a whole new ring. Even though I was pleased with getting a new ring, I've now had it for about a year and 2 more diamonds have fallen out. I do not do any laborious work for these diamonds to fall out so easily, I'm very upset on how much money my fiancé had to spend on this ring only for it to not only for it to lose its value as the diamonds fall out but for it to lose it's shine. Even though most of the staff was friendly it did not make up for how bad the quality of their ring is.
I was not happy. I took a 1CT wedding to sell and they offered me less than 60% of what I paid for over 12 years ago. I thought Diamonds went up not down. They claim to give you top dollars for Diamonds. Nice people but if you have a Diamond to sell don`t take it here.

Not sure why others rated as bad place to sell but was very pleased with the process and price - beautiful inside and people are quick and easy to work with- best value for my jewelry I have been given in the greater Tampa area
