Mr. Jain and his daughter are wonderful people. I've been to their store on several occasions and always leave happy. On my last visit, I needed to sell a few old items of jewelry and received what I felt was a fair value, actually even a bit more. I referred a friend a month later, and she told me she was pleased also.

They Jains have been my family's Jeweler for 25 years and I trust them implicitly. Because jewelry is not just a consumer purchase, it should be viewed as an investment.
I went to have a ring repaired do to a lost accent diamond. The staff was amazing! Annila explained how they would fix it and find the appropriate accent diamond to match. The outcome is a just as described, beautiful! I can't say enough about their level of service and professional demeanor. They have a customer for life.
Please, beware as there prices are extremely high. Had a ring sized and it was double what I paid last time. When I questioned the price the woman became extremely offensive and down right rude!! I have been going there for yrs, but I have never questioned before just paid what they asked......Beware What Happened to the customer service, It is not here that is for sure. Never going back Again!!
