On may 6th the wife and I bought 31 datejust for her and 36 no date for me. Frank who is professional and courteous showed us many different Rolex's. I chose a silver dial which looked great at the store but in some dim lighting was hard to read. I spoke with Frank and was more than happy to switch for different color. Great service...
Was having some issues with my TAG and was referred to Nick who did an outstanding job handling my repair. Very fair pricing, excellent service and was never made to feel like if I wasn't buying a Rolex or new timepiece, I wasn't valued. I will definitely circle back when it IS time to upgrade and trust Nick and his team of professionals to handle things!
Went in to see if they could order some Tag Heuer links for me, they wrote down my info and said they would look into it for me and get back to me, I've called back 3 times within a week, when it was only supposed to take a few days just to get some pricing info for me. Last time I called them a guy named Nick answered and was very condescending and rude...apparently my small order was not good enough for them, I would avoid them!

We always call him for any jewelry piece we are interested in and we can always count on him to have it in the store right away for a great price and superb quality.
