The facility is slightly dated. The design is not always contemporary. But the staff is friendly and efficient.
Manager or me on hold twice without explanation when calling to discuss spots and then I had to ask her to refund the valet charge.
The rooms were okay but we had a theft in our room the morning after our wedding. We alerted the front desk but they were incredibly unhelpful until we called the police. After the police were called the hotel found our items and said the maid took them for safe keeping. We had not checked out and there was no reason to take the $800 worth of items. It really upset us because she had opened a wedding gift of ours and it was obviously a theft situation. The hotel was so unhelpful and rude to us.
The bartender was not so nice, when asked to remake a mojito. She did not want to muttle the mint so when I asked her to redo it she still made it wrong to spite me.
Nice clean hotel. Rooms were bright. Hotel was busy, but there was never a long wait for the elevator. Free self parking is a plus. Great view of the bay and in close proximity to a lot of different activities and options.
I only bring this up because my car got covered in some kind of white spots and when I brought it to the valet did nothing about it. The white spots were worse the next day. Don't valet.
This is the only vendor I had any problem with during my wedding.
Room was King Balcony with Marina view very nice.
The valet parking leaves you're car out and open in the elements even though the self parking is covered... And no offense but the valets see in no hurry to get your car.. Never seen valets that walk before but Hyatt has plenty of them.
A lot of our other guest had issues with check in and service as welll. Many had no hot water. It is honestly my biggest wedding regret. Please do not book here.
Nice and well located Hotel. Excellent staff service all over. Nice and very comfortable rooms. Fairly priced...worthwhile to stay ....
There was the weird noise in the middle of the night from my neighbors. It did not occur the second night after I complained to the front desk.
I had some problem with their billings.
