I am only giving them 2 stars because breakfast was decent, but the hotel in itself was not good at all. The first room they gave us had roaches running all over the place as soon as we flicked the lights. We got another room on the third floor and even though this one had no roaches, the light by the sink didn't work. The window was broken and covered with tape. The curtain was slashed from top to bottom. The fridge did not work and smelled like something had died in it. If it wasn't because it was very late and we had two very tired kids with us, we would've left that same night. Oh, and management did not even apologized for the state of the rooms when we brought it up to them.
Very poor hotel... Smells like smoke everywhere... Rooms-clean, but need some work... Dengerous pool area.. No towels....Days Inn much better.. next door... Do not recommend...
Very clean, modern and centrally located. Superb breakfast with lots of choice! Our son loved the outdoor pool! Great value! The customer service was top notch! The two ladies working at the front desk were very helpful when I needed to see a doctor for an eye infection. They researched and called several medical clinics for me! Thanks so much!
Total Dump. First walked in and the lobby furniture was moved around due to 2nd floor flooding. (who knows what from. Toilet?) The woman behind the counter was rude and didn't want to get out of her chair to assist us with checking in. The room was less than acceptable. it had a bad odor, the tile floor didn't look like it had been swept/vacuumed in days. I pulled back the sheets and there were multiple body hairs that looked alike. Needless to say, we didn't stay there. The woman at the front desk tried to make an excuse about laundry. Not buying it!!!
I CANNOT believe Choice Hotels allows their name on this DIVE.
VERY poor staff experience (no manager on site, front desk called 6 times trying to fix the problems they caused).
Booked via choice privileges 800#(member since 2009) for 2 nights.
Room not cleaned and apparently reservation was lost after staying 1 night. Room would be acceptable if service was up to standard.
