The owner of this company is an up front and honest person. The office staff is very efficient and polite. They get the job done and if there is something additional that you need done beside the plumbing they find you the people that can. They work well, side by side , with SPT (specialized plumbing technologies, a pipe lining company, one of many things they do. I just had three apartment buildings pipelined and what they could not line because of old cast iron DRH was there getting it done.
We Had DRH Plumbing repipe our home. They were the only company that said they could save our outdoor shower when everyone else we had quote us didn't even look to see if it could be done. the entire process with DRH was simple, streamlined, and the plumbers we had in our home were excellent. we will be recommending DRH to anyone that needs a plumber. we are giving them 5 stars because the system wont allow us to give them more.

Cory walked off the job without finishing, nor saying anything. He then called the owner of the apartment, slandering me, as if he couldn't finish the job because he couldn't find me. Well, I was about 15 feet from the guy when he walked out of the apartment. He said that he tried to call me. Well, I had my phone on me, turned on, the entire time, and I was wide awake, and no, there are no missed calls, which is weird cause he had called me days prior, and even again later, so I know he has my number. Also, my roommate was sleeping in the livingroom couch, could he not try to bring his wanting to leave to anyone's attention? I had to hire another plumber, one with integrity, to do the job, proper. Talking to a previous customer of theirs, they said they had a similar experience with Cory. I really don't understand how people like him keep jobs.
As a building contractor in Sarasota, it's not easy finding subcontractors that I can always depend on. DRH plumbing is always there when I need them. Derek and his crew go above and beyond to always ensure that my plumbing needs are taken care of with the highest attention to detail and in a timely fashion.
