Broke an outdoor spigot head off after hours and had to shut my water off to my entire home. Gallo responded to my call quickly (with in half hour) and had the job repaired quickly at a decent price. Thanks guys!

Great service, reasonable prices, and fast. My dishwasher wasn't draining and both kitchen sinks were backing up leaving a putrid sewer gas odor in my home. I thought the guys would just remove debris and the problem would be solved. Turned out that it wasn't a dishwasher problem but a clog in the outside vent. Colby & Joel figured this out pronto and were on the roof snaking the line. It was fixed and no more horrible smell in about 30 minutes. Very happy homeowner. No more stinky house for me!

My back flow device started leaking, more like pouring, from the bottom in the evening on Labor Day. I shut the water down to the house and started looking for a plumber first thing on Tuesday. After attempting to get service with another local company that a) couldn't say when they could be there b) didn't take credit cards and c) required payment at time of service, I found Gallo Plumbing. When I called, Christina was incredibly friendly, professional and fun to speak with! She put me in touch with Jason, who messaged me barely an hour later that my back flow was repaired and water was back on at my home! W O W!!! They emailed me the invoice (which was very fair) and made it very easy to pay online.
