I bought a ticket to go to Orlando from Sarasota which was supposed to leave at 2:15pm it was over and hour late which forced me to try and make other arrangements in order to get to a concert which I had bought tickets for in Orlando which was at 7:30pm. I wasn't able to find another way there and when I called to ask if there was anything I can do they were very unhelpful. I even considered taking an uber to Tampa and then taking the next bus I was supposed to take with Greyhound to go to Orlando but when I called again to try and confirm the departure time for that bus they didn't have an answer. It is absolutely ridiculous that it was over an hour late it caused me to lose about $200 because I paid over $100 for the concert.
same spot as local SCAT buses = 4 star rating, so connections convenient. respectably clean restrooms even! GreyDog however = 1 star rating, take Megabus if you can
