We have always had great fun here, but an incident which occurred recently might be enough for me to rethink coming back.
A couple guests were playing cage ball, when one of them hit his head on the metal pole. He laid down for a few minutes, not moving. I will say staff were quick to respond, giving ice when he felt ready to get up. As he exited the cage, you could see a fair amount of blood running down the side of his face. I understand that there are risks to this kind of place-- that isn't what concerned me. What concerned me was the fact that the employees they had clean the "spilled" blood were obviously not trained on Universal Precautions-- bare hands, paper towels, and then the bloody paper towels were just discarded into the "regular" garbage. In this day and age, no one knows what someone else may "have", and this isn't something to take lightly. Like I said, accidents are bound to happen, and I fully commend the staff for their quick response, but, what about the safety of these employees?
We had a birthday party here. It was fun and our hostess was very nice and helpful. A nice stress free party and the kids had a great time. There are plenty of jumping areas so the kids don’t feel crowded even though it was busy.
We have only been one time because while there my husband hurt his ankle badly. While it is fun and great exercise, you do need to use caution and be careful especially when jumping from trampoline to side of trampoline. There also could have been a bit more supervision when we were there. They had teens in charge and some of them were paying more attention to each other than the kids breaking the rules. All and all a great place to get some energy out.
My 2 year old has a BALL here. There is a dedicated jump area for little ones where we spend most of our time. If it's really crowded, however, little jumpers can get swallowed up.
Joyful spontaneous fun for our family. Helpful & polite staff. The various age groups seem to adapt & co-exist in a casual manner reminiscent of years gone by. Each child or group pursues its own challenges in mastering the equipment. Parents relax & enjoy watching the action. We go lots & take advantage of discounts on season passes. Parties are memorable shared events, especially for novices. Be seein' y'all there!
