Chef Joe DiMaggio Jr was very charming and friendly. Food was delicious, atmosphere is comfortable and unique. I will visit again and bring friends.
The pizza was almost as good as CT pizza. The entire wait staff was phenomenal. There were artists set up in the corner painting. A most unique experience. I would definitely go back again
As one of the Gulf Gate Guzzlers we have enjoyed our outings at Barbosso's a number of times and we are always thrilled with the service and especially the food. Excellent!!! Always accommodating to our group and all of the staff could not be more attentive to all of us. if you like Italian, try Chef Joe’s Grandma’s Pizza, you won't be disappointed! Salmon, excellent, Chick Parm, excellent, Ravioli excellent, should I go on....? Don't hesitate... I am sure you won't be disappointed. Tell them, the Gulf Gate Guzzlers sent you!!!! :)
As usual, the best restaurant, service-entertainment anywhere in Sarasota! Terrific veal, seafood and eggplant - we ALL agreed! Chef Joe's Pizza just wonderful - thanks to Eric's suggestion; will always trust him now! Thanks for a lovely, entertaining evening! Barb
Awesome food. Solid selection of Italian dishes and plenty of pizzas. Buffalo chicken pizza was really good. Eric was a great waiter and you can tell that he’s really passionate about his job and recommending good food.
