All in all, the cheesecake was heavenly, prices were fair and Tiffany was the best! She is the main reason we'll be back, as good service is much more valuable, then good food. :)
The food was tasty as always. Although, we should have left before ordering, given the condition of the table we were offered. There are many good restaurants in Sarasota. I would recommend selecting a different one if you want service.
After we were at the table for a few minutes, my wife noticed something on my arm. I picked up chocolate syrup, which was on my side of the table from a previous guest. When I raised this to our server, he dropped a towel off at the table so I could clean the mess. He didn't seem surprised at the condition of the table. He said the busboys must have been busy.
Amazing food. The waiter was the best I've ever had. Very attentative, very alert we never went without drinks or food. I recommend this place to anyone who wants great service as well as great food. A most pleasant atmosphere. I will be going back for another round.
We were seated at a dirty table, with crumbs on the chairs, a menu on the chair from a previous guest and stained napkins on the table. Then, we were handed sticky menus with food crumbs in them. It only takes a second to wipe down a plastic-encased menu.
Delicious dessert and great service. Entree was good but too much rice. Still a lovely place and a good time.
Great first experience at The Cheesecake Factory. Food and service was excellent. Korean Cauliflower was 5* as was the Hersheys Chocolate bar and Lemon Meringue Cheesecakes. We will return. :) Holly P was great!
I have been to other Cheesecake Factory locations and they have all been excellent. The Sarasota location is a huge disappointment.
I worked a lot this week, and didn't have the time to make my boyfriend a cake for his birthday. We had never been to The Cheese Cake Factory before, and I thought it would be nice to stop in and have a slice (extremely decadent, huge slice) of the cheesecake everyone raves about. Tiffany, our waitress, was about as awesome as they come. She knew the menu and gave us plenty of time and advice on our selections! We're the type of people, who dine out for the experience, more so than the food. The CCF offers small plates, appetizers for sharing, so we went with loaded potato tots and Cuban spring rolls. Both wonderful!
